Rifkind calls Tories 'defective' - no comments

According to the BBC:
The Tory Party has made no progress during eight years in opposition and is "deeply defective", leadership contender Sir Malcolm Rifkind has said.
So, when I said the party "seems so brain-damaged", you'll see that wasn't merely a cheap jibe. Of course it's in Michael's interests to push this (correct) line, in order for his leadership campaign to attract the reforming tendency. Like, for instance, Conservatives for change. Unlike, for instance, the new Puritans.
